병원에서 다음과 같은 진단서가 나왔습니다. 진단명 Acute ischemic infarction involving the right middle cerebral artery territory with left hemiparesis. Dysarthria secondary to cerebrovascular accident. Essential hypertension, poorly controlled. Type 2 diabetes mellitus with peripheral neuropathy.
